Founded under Masterpiece Mailbox, this apprenticeship program provides hands on training in skilled trades, creative building, and professional development for young men and women who are ready to learn, grow, and step into purpose. Apprentices are taught real world craftsmanship while also being mentored in discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and pride in their work.

This program is rooted in the belief that everyone is a masterpiece in progress and that when given the right tools, guidance, and encouragement, people can build something lasting with their hands and their lives.
